BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys

As one of the most successful and well-known German volleyball teams the BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys enjoy an excellent reputation all over Europe. Home of the Team is the Sport-Club Charlottenburg, one of Berlin's biggest and most traditional sports clubs.
For more than a decade, the BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys have been a sporting attraction of the sports metropolis. In the past season 2010/2011 Berlin's number one volleyball team convinced on a national level with the win of the silver medal in the Bundesliga.
The atmosphere at home matches in the modern Max-Schmeling-Halle is unique. In season 2010/2011 the club set a new spectator record for the Volleyball Bundesliga with 8.045 spectators in their match against the VfB Friedrichshafen. The diversified event programme in connection with captivating rallies on the court make the matches an unforgettable experience for the whole family!

Team
TEAMWORK is top priority for the BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys. Whether the squad of players, the coaches, the medical department or the management - they are all aimed at the same goal and work together in order to achieve it.
The team which is a harmonious combination of experienced and young players forms the foundation of success at the BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys. For the next season 2011/2012, experienced players like Jaroslav Skach and Aleksandar Spirovski and the darling of the public Felix Fischer, will play side by side with ambitious talents like Ricardo Galandi and international top players, like Paul Caroll.

Successes
During its club history, the BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys obtained three German Championships (1993, 2003, 2004), three German Cup Crowns (1994, 1996, 2000) and several Champions League participations (Top12 in 2005). For the 17th year in a row the SCC team, now called BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys, represents Germany at the European Cup competitions.

Season
After the renaming to BERLIN RECYCLING Volleys and the move to the Max-Schmelling-Halle, "Berlin's No. 1 Volleyballteam" needs to prove that they catched up with the VfB Friedrichshafen, the German Champion for the last seven years.
For the new season 2011/12 the team aims on reaching the Play-Off games to compete for the German championship title and the German Cup Crown.
